Growing up on a farm in Delaware Sarah learned the importance of building a strong connection with the community and even stronger relationships with neighbours. Raising two young children while completing her masters in business and previously owning a successful healthcare business provides Sarah with the expertise in interpersonal communication, client satisfaction, problem-solving, and attention to detail. 

Not only does Sarah have expert knowledge in small-town and country properties, she also educated herself in territorial awareness in and around London, ON as she now resides there.

Having two children, one who navigates in a wheelchair, Sarah has learned the importance of ensuring every client is listened to, advocated for, and all matters are addressed with high importance, even outside the sale of a house. With her certification in AODA, and  Accessibility for Ontarian’s, Sarah prides herself in specializing in accessibility and advocacy. This motivation helps her connect with clients and ensure they are linked with any resource or modification that suits their individualized needs.
